About Us
Leveraging HKSTP’s startup ecosystem, INCIPE Academy is accelerating its mission to revolutionize STEM education by empowering students to turn their ideas into real-world products. Our curriculum combines coding, UI/UX, 3D Design, Rendering, Pitching with hands-on learning experience to prepare innovators towards the field of entrepreneurship.
Role & Responsibilities
1. Ecosystem Development
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with schools, universities, NGOs, and EdTech players to expand adoption of our products
Design annual STEM competition and industrial collaborations to integrate our solutions into education and real life scenarios
Represent the company at conferences, workshops, to advocate our innovation
2. Education Strategy
Analyze global STEM curriculum standards (e.g., NGSS, IB, national frameworks) to align our products with classroom needs
Collaborate with educators to translate pedagogical best practices into product features and learning outcomes
Develop course training programs for internal full-time / part-time instructors and resources to maximize quality education & engagement with our kits and AI tools
3. Market & Impact Strategy
Conduct competitive intelligence and regional market analyses to guide product localization and pricing
Define KPIs to measure the educational impact of our products
Work with product and marketing teams to position our offerings for B2C
Qualifications
Background:
3+ years in education strategy, edtech partnerships, or ecosystem development (STEM focus preferred)
Skills:
Deep understanding of K-12 / higher education systems and trends
Proven ability to build partnerships with schools, governments, or NGOs
Analytical mindset (experience with market research or impact measurement)
Strong communication skills (comfortable with pitching, workshops, and policy discussions)
Mission-driven, entrepreneurial, and turn our products into students’ launchpads for product development and innovation
